FBC Online
Feedback Central will send up to three emails to the Showing Agent over 36 hours requesting feedback for each showing on all of your listings. The feedback requests will include a link to a customized feedback form which can be filled out online. An email will be sent to you (and optionally your seller) whenever a feedback form has been completed.

An incredibly friendly Feedback Central staff member will follow up on your automated feedback messages with up to three phone calls to the Showing Agent in order to collect feedback information for each showing. Current success rate for feedback collection is over 85%

Per Listing - $35.00 for the life of a selected listing.
Monthly - $79 per month for up to 10 listings
$149 per month for up to 25 listings.
FBC Polling
The easiest way to survey a group of individuals. Create a survey. Upload your list of individuals you wish to take the survey. Feedback Central will email a keyed ID link to each individual with a request to take the survey. Each ID can only be used once to ensure accuracy. Telephone surveys are also available.
