Feedback Requests
Once you are aware of a showing simply Add Date and Time of the Showing and the Showing Agent's email address into your listing inventory on our website. We then automatically email feedback requests to the agent at the intervals you have chosen - either every 12 or 18 hours.

For agents who simply do not respond to emailed requests we also offer a service where we follow up with the Showing Agents and collect the feedback for you. This will increase your feedback collection rate to over 85%. This service increased dramatically for us when prices began declining.
